Shipping Policy

Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for the delivery of purchased items. For any inquiries regarding shipping, please reach out to art@agni.gallery.

PROCEDURE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

In the event that your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping provider. If they are unable to locate your package, please send an email to art@agni.gallery, including your order number in the subject line, and we will do our best to assist you.

PROCEDURE IF YOUR PACKAGE IS OPENED BY CUSTOMS

Occasionally, customs may open your package for inspection. If this occurs and you notice any incidental damage, please inform us.

PROCEDURE FOR PACKAGES DELAYED BY CUSTOMS

We do not have visibility into customs operations or any potential delays caused by customs processing. The shipping provider will have the most current information regarding the status of your package.

HANDLING OF CUSTOMS VAT

Value Added Tax (VAT) is not included in the price of each edition and will be billed separately to the recipient. If you need to request a refund, please contact the customs office in the country of import directly.

GENERAL SHIPPING INQUIRIES

For any general questions related to shipping, please contact the shipping provider directly.

International orders may incur import fees, duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You’ll get an email from us when your order ships, with tracking information.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their orders within 5 business days following the payment of the invoice. This time frame allows for the processing and preparation of the order for shipment. Please note that this cancellation policy does not apply to exclusive limited-time sales or editions, where specific terms and conditions may govern sales and cancellations.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Exchanges and returns of artworks, editions, and related merchandise are not accepted after payment is made.

Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 5 business days from the invoice date. Once an item has been shipped, no refunds or exchanges will be processed.
